Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable quantum computing systems for industrial applications
- Develop quantum algorithms to solve optimization, simulation, and cryptography challenges
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Research and implement quantum error correction techniques for fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum processors with classical systems
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Drive innovation in quantum machine learning and AI integration
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing research or quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum mechanics, linear algebra, and computational complexity
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
