Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum computing architectures for commercial applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms solving complex optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum solutions for finance, logistics, and healthcare
- Ensure quantum system security and error correction protocols meet 2026 standards
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence and gate fidelity
- Drive adoption of quantum technologies through technical documentation and stakeholder training
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or quantum software systems
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
