- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum algorithms for real-world problems
- Establish quantum security frameworks for next-generation communication networks
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum machine learning and hybrid quantum-classical systems
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature/Science/IEEE)
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction codes
- Proven track record of leading quantum computing projects with measurable outcomes
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning and optimization algorithms
- Experience with quantum simulators (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and hardware platforms
- Strong ability to communicate complex quantum concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
