Responsibilities
- Architect quantum computing solutions for complex optimization and simulation challenges
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum algorithms targeting 2026-era hardware capabilities
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams integrating quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Design secure quantum communication protocols for next-gen networks
- Research and implement error mitigation techniques for practical quantum applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processor architectures
- Present breakthrough findings at industry conferences and academic symposiums
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or quantum error correction systems
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and noise mitigation strategies
- Experience with superconducting or trapped-ion quantum hardware
