As a key member of our R&D division, you'll lead a cross-functional team in developing quantum algorithms, optimizing qubit stability, and translating theoretical models into scalable applications. Responsibilities
- Lead quantum algorithm development and qubit optimization research
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for industrial applications
- Publish breakthrough research in peer-reviewed journals and conferences
- Manage cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and data scientists
- Drive strategic partnerships with quantum hardware providers
- Develop roadmaps for quantum computing integration into enterprise systems
- Secure and manage R&D funding from government and private sources
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in quantum computing research
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum error correction
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record leading technical teams in R&D environments
- Strong background in machine learning and high-performance computing
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
