Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for cryptography optimization
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum machine learning models
- Secure $2M+ in annual research grants from DARPA and NSF
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE Quantum Computing Symposiums
- Mentor postdoctoral researchers in quantum error correction techniques
- Collaborate with hardware teams to achieve 1000-qubit coherence
- Author patents for proprietary quantum gate architectures
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science with 5+ years research
- Published 3+ papers in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Experience with cryogenic quantum processor interfaces
- Strong background in topological quantum computing
- Track record of securing federal research funding
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks
- Fluency in Python, C++, and assembly for quantum systems
