Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Lead experimental validation of quantum circuits on superconducting platforms

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years post-grad experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Proven track record of publishing in quantum computing or condensed matter physics
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (superconducting qubits, ion traps, or photonic systems)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Ability to communicate complex quantum concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
