Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for NISQ-era processors
- Lead research in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures

- Author high-impact publications in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Mentor junior researchers and drive cross-functional innovation
- Secure patents and intellectual property for quantum breakthroughs
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Proficiency in linear algebra, complex analysis, and quantum mechanics
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum systems
- Strong track record of solving complex technical problems
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
