Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum error correction protocols
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning frameworks
- Lead experimental validation of qubit coherence breakthroughs
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually in Nature/Science
- Mentor postdoctoral researchers on quantum optimization techniques
- Secure $2M+ in DARPA/NSF grants for quantum supremacy projects
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum circuit design experience
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum assembly languages
- Published work in top-tier quantum computing conferences
- Deep understanding of topological qubit architectures
- Strong background in quantum machine learning algorithms
- Security clearance eligibility for DoD quantum initiatives
