Responsibilities

- Mentor junior researchers and cross-functional engineering teams
- Secure $2M+ in annual research grants from government and private sectors
- Develop quantum simulation frameworks for AI/ML integration
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and classical HPC systems
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum computing architectures
- Strong track record of securing competitive research grants
