Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent research experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development or quantum computing research
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and classical ML libraries
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, PRL) or conference proceedings
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
