Responsibilities

- Secure federal grants and private funding for advanced quantum research projects
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to the development of quantum education programs
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years research experience
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science/IEEE journals on quantum algorithms
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and simulation frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience with high-performance computing and quantum hardware integration
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and information theory
- Demonstrated ability to secure research funding and lead multi-disciplinary teams
