Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for federal agency networks and hardware.
- Configure and manage remote access tools, VPNs, and security protocols to ensure data integrity.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal IT security standards and data protection regulations.
- Perform system troubleshooting, patch management, and software deployment across distributed environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Document all technical procedures, incident reports, and system configurations accurately.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent military/technical experience).
- Proven experience working in a remote or hybrid IT support environment.
- Familiarity with federal government IT systems and compliance requirements (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST).
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud infrastructure (Azure or AWS).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Security Clearance.
