Responsibilities

  • Lead Strategic Initiatives: Oversee the full project lifecycle (Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, and Closure) for high-impact IT programs.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in IT Project Management, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgMP (Program Management Professional) certification is highly required.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of SDLC methodologies, project management tools (Jira, MS Project), and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
