- Provide Tier 3 technical support for federal government systems and network environments.
- Ensure full compliance with Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) standards and agency-specific security protocols.
- Manage remote access solutions to facilitate secure telework for government personnel.
- Conduct system audits and vulnerability assessments to mitigate cyber threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT improvements and drive digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent technical experience).
- Active or ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in federal or government IT environments.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, cloud computing (AWS/Azure), and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
