Responsibilities

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with policymakers and agency heads to translate complex technical requirements into actionable technology solutions.
- Project Management: Manage IT project lifecycles from initiation through deployment, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Traffic Monitoring: Analyze system traffic and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimize system efficiency.
- Policy Development: Draft and update internal technology policies to align with evolving industry best practices and government mandates.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, or a related technical role within the public sector.
- Certifications: Active CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of troubleshooting complex technical issues under pressure.
- Flexibility: Ability to work occasional evening or weekend shifts to support system maintenance and critical operations.
