Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize advanced sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for Federal and technical roles.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process, including interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on salary trends in the Charlotte, NC area and Federal contracting landscape.
- Client Relations: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and compliance needs.
- Compliance: Ensure all candidates meet necessary security clearance and regulatory requirements.
- Daily Pay: Facilitate the daily pay process to ensure candidates receive their earnings promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Technical or Federal Recruiting.
- Strong knowledge of government contracting regulations (FAR, DFARS) is a plus.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting with high self-motivation.
- Valid US Work Authorization and background check clearance.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
