Responsibilities
- Support Federal Systems: Monitor and analyze federal IT systems to ensure optimal performance and security compliance.
- Remote Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and federal stakeholders via secure communication channels.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all remote work activities adhere to strict federal regulations and internal security protocols.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve system anomalies and data discrepancies in a remote environment.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of system architecture, security logs, and incident reports.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Clearance: Active Secret or Top Secret clearance is highly preferred for this role.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in systems analysis or IT support.
- Remote Work: Proven ability to work effectively in a remote/hybrid work environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with federal officials.
