Responsibilities
- Manage and process government documentation, records, and inquiries remotely with high accuracy.
- Provide critical weekend support for Federal and State agency operations.
- Ensure strict compliance with government regulations and data security protocols.
- Collaborate with local and state agencies to resolve citizen issues efficiently.
- Perform data entry and quality assurance checks on sensitive public records.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while communicating with government officials and the public.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen to qualify for Federal roles.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in government administration, customer service, or data entry.
- Technical: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and government-related software (e.g., Salesforce, SharePoint).
- Remote Setup: Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home office space.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) on a full-time basis.
