Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for end-users across various departments.
- Manage and maintain virtual desktop infrastructure and network connectivity.
- Ensure strict compliance with state cybersecurity protocols and data privacy laws.
- Document system configurations, incident reports, and technical procedures.
- Collaborate with system administrators to implement software updates and patches.
- Conduct remote training sessions for staff on new software tools and best practices.
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve potential issues before they impact operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or systems administration.
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365 suite.
- Strong understanding of network security principles and remote access technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for remote collaboration.
- Ability to obtain a State of Michigan background check and security clearance.
