Core Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues via phone and remote desktop tools.
- Manage and track IT service requests and incidents using the Service Desk ticketing system to ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal security protocols, including data privacy and access control requirements.
- Perform routine system maintenance, patch management, and updates to maintain optimal system performance.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a related administrative role.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with high attention to detail.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and willing to undergo a background check and security clearance process.
