Role Overview
Our Remote Services Division is expanding to meet the growing needs of the San Jose community. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about public service.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate remote operations for state agencies located in the San Jose area.
- Analyze public data to improve service delivery and policy implementation.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, local government officials, and community members via digital channels.

Qualifications
