Responsibilities
- Analyze and process federal retirement pension applications under CSRS and FERS systems
- Provide expert guidance to federal employees on retirement planning, survivor benefits, and pension regulations
- Review complex benefit calculations and ensure compliance with federal statutes
- Collaborate with agencies and beneficiaries to resolve pension discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records in federal systems while adhering to privacy protocols

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Public Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years' experience with pension plans, retirement benefits, or federal HR systems
- Proficiency with federal benefit regulations (CSRS/FERS, TSP, FEGLI)
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex pension calculations
