Responsibilities
- Collect and dispose of residential/commercial waste using automated trucks
- Operate sanitation equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform route maintenance and equipment inspection
- Assist with snow removal and emergency weather response
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and city regulations
- Document service activities and report infrastructure issues
- Collaborate with team members on daily operations
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania Class B Commercial Driver's License
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Basic mechanical knowledge preferred
