Key Duties:
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of personnel and property.
- Control access points, verifying credentials and issuing visitor passes as necessary.
- Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents in a calm and professional manner.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and logs of daily activities and observations.
- Interact professionally with employees, visitors, and law enforcement personnel.
- Enforce company policies and federal regulations strictly.
- Conduct bag searches and perimeter checks to prevent unauthorized items from entering secure areas.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- US Citizen and eligible for a government security clearance (no felony convictions).
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and perform physical duties as required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Previous security experience is a plus but not mandatory.
