Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and AI systems for scalable production environments.
- Lead architectural decisions for large-scale data pipelines and neural network infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Engineering, Product) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure system reliability, scalability, and security in all AI deployments.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Generative AI and Deep Learning to drive innovation.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior architectural role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong experience with MLOps, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying end-to-end AI solutions that have measurable business impact.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
