Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable AI/ML architectures for next-generation autonomous agents.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning models, from research to productionization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Security) to integrate AI solutions.
- Establish best practices for model interpretability, fairness, and ethical AI usage.
- Research and prototype novel algorithms to maintain a competitive edge in the 2026 landscape.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
