Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable AI infrastructure and deep learning models tailored for enterprise deployment in 2026.
- Lead technical strategy for our core AI engine, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in Generative AI, Quantum Computing integration, and Edge AI.
- Define best practices for model training, validation, and ethical AI governance.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow).
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and microservices.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale technical projects.
- Strong grasp of ethical AI principles and data privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA).
