Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable AI systems capable of processing petabytes of data.
- Define technical strategies for next-gen predictive modeling and reinforcement learning algorithms.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior developers and data scientists on best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware components with advanced software stacks.
- Optimize algorithms for high-throughput, low-latency environments to ensure real-time decision making.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in deep learning, federated learning, and autonomous agents.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, specifically in AI/ML and distributed systems.
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of Neural Networks, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams.
