Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design and implement scalable LLM architectures, ensuring high availability and low latency in production environments.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained models (e.g., GPT-4, Llama 3) for specific enterprise use cases to maximize performance and accuracy.
- MLOps Pipeline: Build robust CI/CD pipelines for machine learning, automating training, validation, and deployment processes.
- Research & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI research, implementing novel techniques in reinforcement learning and prompt engineering.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and frontend engineers to translate technical requirements into user-facing features.
- Ethical AI: Ensure all AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines and safety protocols regarding bias and fairness.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, machine learning, or data science.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong experience with LLMs and transformers.
- Infrastructure: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and optimize large-scale datasets.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
