Responsibilities
- Architect the Future: Lead the design and implementation of the core AI infrastructure for the 2026 roadmap, focusing on generative models and edge computing.
- Technical Visionary: Define the technical strategy for Project 2026, translating business goals into scalable technical roadmaps.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment of high-performance computing clusters and optimize algorithms for real-time latency reduction.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to align technical deliverables with the company's strategic vision.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to the highest security standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in leading AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and system reliability.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
