Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure aligned with the Year 2026 strategic vision.
- Model Development: Lead the research and development of large language models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems.
- Roadmap Execution: Define technical milestones and guide engineering teams in delivering critical AI features ahead of the 2026 timeline.
- Optimization & Scale: Ensure model inference latency is minimized and computational costs are optimized for production environments.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and security teams to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into our core products.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Research & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI breakthroughs, evaluating emerging technologies to maintain our competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and deployment.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- System Design: Proven experience designing distributed systems capable of handling massive data throughput.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to deconstruct complex problems and derive elegant, efficient engineering solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
