Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune large-scale generative models using state-of-the-art architectures.
- Infrastructure Optimization: Build scalable inference pipelines and optimize model serving latency.
- Research: Stay at the forefront of AI research and implement novel techniques in production environments.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and data teams to translate research into impactful user features.

Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or data science.
- Technologies: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Transformer architectures and LLM fine-tuning (PEFT, LoRA).
- Deployment: Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
