Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and deploy advanced machine learning models focused on predictive analytics, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- Production Optimization: Collaborate with MLOps engineers to ensure models are scalable, performant, and reliable in high-traffic environments.
- Strategic Innovation: Conduct research into emerging AI trends to prepare our roadmap for the 2026 technological landscape.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience: Proven track record of building and deploying end-to-end ML pipelines in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Specialization: Deep experience with Generative AI, LLMs, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
