Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Optimize inference pipelines to ensure low-latency performance in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, product managers, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and model evaluation to drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for data governance and model security.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or artificial intelligence engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and SQL with a deep understanding of software engineering principles.
- Strong background in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, AWS SageMaker).
