Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain secure federal IT systems and networks.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal standards (FISMA, NIST) and security protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative, high-impact solutions.
- Conduct system audits, vulnerability assessments, and risk management.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior staff members.
- Document system architectures and operational procedures for government stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal or government contracting environments.
- Strong knowledge of network security, cloud computing, and enterprise architecture.
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
