Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-agent systems for real-world enterprise applications.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct advanced research in Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning, and Natural Language Processing to pioneer novel capabilities.
- System Optimization: Optimize model inference latency and cost efficiency using techniques such as quantization, pruning, and distillation.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to translate research breakthroughs into scalable, production-ready software.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI research.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Strong understanding of neural networks, transformers, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Tooling: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and MLOps pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous, high-complexity problems with innovative technical solutions.
