Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and technical vision for AI and quantum integration initiatives.
- System Architecture: Design resilient, distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing in real-time.
- Technology Stack Leadership: Evaluate and implement cutting-edge frameworks, focusing on Agentic AI and quantum-ready cloud environments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and research teams to translate complex business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Security & Compliance: Oversee enterprise-grade security protocols to protect intellectual property and user data.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML or high-performance computing.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Cloud Mastery: Proficiency in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform with a focus on serverless and containerized architectures.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to architect solutions for ambiguous, large-scale problems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
