Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of deep learning models for the Project 2026 initiative.
- Research and prototype novel algorithms to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into production-ready software.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines, data privacy standards, and safety protocols.
- Optimize existing neural networks for low-latency inference in high-traffic environments.
- Present technical findings and roadmaps to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning to integrate new methodologies.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of publishing research papers in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or shipping high-scale ML products.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and MLOps practices.
- Strong experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
