Responsibilities

- High-Performance Computing: Oversee the optimization of training pipelines on distributed GPU clusters, pushing the boundaries of model efficiency and accuracy.
- R&D Leadership: Mentor a team of top-tier engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping.
- Collaborative Innovation: Partner with cross-functional teams in product, security, and design to translate complex research into tangible, user-centric solutions.
- Publication & Thought Leadership: Publish breakthrough research papers and speak at global tech conferences to establish Aether Dynamics as a leader in the 2026 landscape.
Qualifications
- Advanced Degree: PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++ with 7+ years of experience in deep learning.
- Prior Experience: Proven track record of leading research projects from conception to production deployment, specifically in NLP or Computer Vision.
- Mathematical Acumen: Strong understanding of linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics.
