Key Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Lead research initiatives focused on the 2026 AI roadmap, including AGI safety and efficiency.
- Optimize model performance for latency, cost, and accuracy in production environments.
- Collaborate with product engineering teams to translate research into scalable, user-friendly applications.
- Mentor junior researchers and Ph.D. candidates, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Publish high-impact research papers at top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL).
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in deep learning, NLP, or machine learning research.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of publishing in prestigious AI conferences or patents.
- Experience with model optimization, distributed training, and MLOps.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, RLHF, and prompt engineering.
