Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable, high-performance AI architectures tailored for future market demands.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Agentic workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and technical roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure data security, privacy, and ethical AI practices across all projects.
- Optimize existing systems for latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or data science.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of designing cloud-native solutions (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Strong understanding of MLOps and model deployment pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
