Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for AI initiatives leading up to and beyond 2026.
- Lead the architecture and development of next-generation Generative AI models and autonomous agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Oversee the deployment of scalable machine learning infrastructure on cloud platforms.
- Conduct deep research into emerging AI trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic role.
- Extensive experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven expertise in designing and training Large Language Models (LLMs) and Computer Vision systems.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, model deployment, and edge computing technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
