The Role:
You will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and production-grade engineering. You will lead a team of elite engineers to build robust, scalable, and ethical AI systems that redefine user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Define the high-level architecture for scalable AI systems and machine learning pipelines.
- Lead the design and implementation of next-gen neural network infrastructures.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and ethical AI compliance.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.

Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 4 years in AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems and cloud-native applications (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
