Responsibilities
- Manage official city records, ordinances, and council minutes with precision and compliance
- Oversee municipal elections, voter registration, and certification processes
- Administer oaths of office and public records requests (CPRA)
- Lead legislative tracking and public hearing coordination
- Develop and implement records management systems
- Serve as clerk for City Council and commission meetings

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- 5+ years municipal government or records management experience
- California Municipal Clerk certification preferred
