Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage secure, scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure for Federal clients.
- Ensure full compliance with FedRAMP, NIST, and FISMA security standards.
- Lead the migration of legacy on-premise systems to modern cloud architectures.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Terraform, Jenkins, and Ansible.
- Conduct security assessments, vulnerability testing, and incident response.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on cloud best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, or software development.
- Certifications: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance (or the ability to obtain one) is required. AWS Solutions Architect or Azure Administrator certification is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AWS, Azure, or GCP; strong scripting skills in Python or Bash.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of network security, IAM, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
