Responsibilities
- Lead proactive threat hunting and vulnerability assessments across federal networks
- Manage incident response operations including containment, eradication, and recovery
- Develop and implement advanced security monitoring protocols using SIEM tools
- Coordinate with federal agencies for intelligence sharing and threat mitigation
- Maintain compliance with FISMA, NIST, and CMMC frameworks
- Mentor junior analysts and conduct security awareness training

Qualifications
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance (mandatory)
- 5+ years experience in enterprise cybersecurity operations
- Expertise in SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions
- Certification in CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+
- Demonstrated experience with incident response (NIST SP 800-61)
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell) for automation
