Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis of complex datasets to support state health initiatives and policy formulation.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize critical performance metrics.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure data integrity and perform rigorous statistical modeling on large-scale government databases.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Health, or a related field (Master’s degree is preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a similar role within the public sector or large enterprise.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of statistical methods, data modeling, and database management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
