- Maintain meticulous records using state-of-the-art DMV software platforms
- Implement process improvements to reduce customer wait times
Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer service experience with government agencies
- Proficiency in Minnesota DMV regulations and procedures
- Advanced knowledge of vehicle registration systems and driver licensing
- Exceptional conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Ability to process 50+ transactions daily with zero errors
- Valid Minnesota driver's license with clean record
- Bilingual (Spanish/Somali) certification preferred
