Requirements:

- Process legal documents, including petitions, motions, and subpoenas.
- Assist attorneys, judges, and the public with inquiries regarding court proceedings.
- Handle cash handling and financial transactions with strict confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with all state and local court regulations and procedures.
- Manage incoming calls and direct correspondence to appropriate staff.
- Prepare and file legal correspondence and court orders.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a high level of integrity.
- Valid Driver’s License preferred.
